השימוש במערכת Soshi 22 (להלן "המערכת"), לרבות אתר האינטרנט, האפליקציה, הבוט וכל שירות נלווה, כפוף לתנאים אלה. הרשמה למערכת, סימון תיבת האישור בטופס ההרשמה או שימוש בפועל במערכת מהווים הסכמה מלאה לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות. אם אינך מסכים/ה לתנאים, אין להשתמש במערכת.

המערכת מייצרת באופן אוטומטי, באמצעות בינה מלאכותית, תוכן שיווקי לרשתות חברתיות: טקסטים, כתוביות, תמונות, קרוסלות, סרטונים, קריינות, תרגומים והצעות נושאים, ומפרסמת אותו בחשבונות הרשתות החברתיות שהמשתמש חיבר. התוכן נוצר על בסיס מידע שהמשתמש מסר, מקורות ציבוריים (אתרי חדשות, סרטונים ציבוריים ברשת) ומודלים של בינה מלאכותית.

כל תוכן שנוצר, נערך, נשמר או פורסם באמצעות המערכת (להלן "התוכן") הוא באחריותו הבלעדית והמלאה של המשתמש. המשתמש הוא "המפרסם" של התוכן לכל דבר ועניין. המשתמש מצהיר ומתחייב כי הוא בודק את התוכן לפני פרסומו או מאשר את פרסומו האוטומטי מרצונו החופשי ועל אחריותו, וכי הוא האחראי היחיד לנכונותו, לחוקיותו, להתאמתו לכללי האתיקה של מקצועו (לרבות כללי לשכת עורכי הדין, משרד הבריאות, רשות ניירות ערך וכיו"ב), לזכויות היוצרים בו, להיעדר לשון הרע, הטעיה צרכנית, פגיעה בפרטיות או הפרת דין אחר.

המערכת, בעליה, מפעיליה ועובדיה (להלן "החברה") אינם אחראים בשום צורה לתוכן, לתוצאותיו ולכל נזק ישיר או עקיף שייגרם למשתמש או לצד שלישי בשל התוכן, פרסומו, הפסקתו, אי-פרסומו, חסימה או הגבלה של חשבונות ברשתות החברתיות, טעויות עובדתיות, תרגום שגוי, שימוש בחומר של צד שלישי, או כל שימוש אחר במערכת. תוכן שנוצר על ידי בינה מלאכותית עלול להיות שגוי, לא מדויק, לא עדכני או לא מתאים, והחברה אינה מתחייבת לנכונותו. השירות מסופק "כמות שהוא" (AS IS) וללא כל אחריות, מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות זמינות, רציפות, איכות או התאמה למטרה מסוימת.

המערכת עשויה להשתמש בקטעי וידאו, תמונות, כתבות ומידע ממקורות ציבוריים לצורך יצירת תוכן שיווקי, פרשנות או תגובה. המשתמש מאשר כי הוא מבין שהשימוש בחומרי צד שלישי כפוף לדיני זכויות יוצרים ולתנאי הפלטפורמות, וכי האחריות לבדוק את זכות השימוש ולהסיר תוכן לפי דרישת בעל זכות חלה עליו. החברה תסיר תוכן שיוכח כמפר בהתאם לדין, ללא שיהוי.

סרטונים ופוסטים עשויים להתייחס לאירועים אמיתיים (פשיעה, תאונות, הליכים משפטיים, בריאות וכדומה). המערכת נוקטת מסננים כדי לשמור על טקט, אך המשתמש אחראי לוודא שהתוכן אינו מאדיר אלימות, אינו פוגע בנפגעים או במעורבים, אינו כולל הבטחת תוצאה או ייעוץ מקצועי אישי, ואינו מפר כללי פרסום החלים על מקצועו.

המשתמש מחבר את חשבונותיו ברשתות החברתיות מרצונו ומאשר למערכת לפרסם בשמו. המשתמש אחראי לעמידה בתנאי השימוש של כל פלטפורמה (Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Google ואחרות) ולכל תוצאה של הפרתם, לרבות חסימה או הגבלה של החשבון.

המשתמש מתחייב לשפות את החברה בגין כל תביעה, דרישה, נזק, הוצאה או הפסד (לרבות הוצאות משפט) שייגרמו לה עקב התוכן, השימוש במערכת או הפרת תנאים אלה על ידו.

התוכניות, המכסות והמחירים מפורטים בדף התוכניות. ניתן לבטל בכל עת; הביטול נכנס לתוקף בסוף תקופת החיוב הנוכחית. החברה רשאית לשנות מחירים ומכסות בהודעה מראש.

המערכת, הקוד, העיצוב והמותג Soshi 22 הם קניינה של החברה. הזכויות בתוכן שנוצר עבור המשתמש, ככל שהן ניתנות להקניה, מוקנות למשתמש, בכפוף לזכויות צדדים שלישיים.

החברה רשאית להשעות או להפסיק שימוש שמפר תנאים אלה, את החוק או את כללי הפלטפורמות, וכן לשנות או להפסיק את השירות בהודעה סבירה.

על תנאים אלה יחול הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל-אביב-יפו.

החברה רשאית לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. גרסת התנאים הנוכחית: 2026-09. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

פרטי ההרשמה (שם העסק, תחום, טלפון, שם משתמש), פרטי העסק שהוזנו באונבורדינג, טוקנים לגישה לחשבונות הרשתות שחוברו, התוכן שנוצר, לוג פעילות במערכת (פעולות, זמנים, כתובת IP וסוג דפדפן בהרשמה) ונתוני שימוש.

להפעלת השירות, יצירת תוכן ופרסומו, תמיכה, אבטחה, חיוב ושיפור המערכת. סיסמאות נשמרות מוצפנות (hash) ומועברות מוצפנות.

ספקי תשתית ועיבוד (אחסון, מודלי בינה מלאכותית, המרת טקסט לדיבור, שירותי פרסום לרשתות) מקבלים את המידע הנדרש לביצוע השירות בלבד. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.

ניתן לבקש עיון, תיקון או מחיקה של המידע וסגירת החשבון בפנייה אלינו דרך המערכת.

Use of Soshi 22 (the "Service") — website, app, bot and related services — is subject to these Terms. Signing up, ticking the consent box or using the Service constitutes full acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Service automatically generates marketing content for social networks using artificial intelligence — texts, captions, images, carousels, videos, narration, translations and topic ideas — and publishes it to the social accounts the user connected. Content is based on information provided by the user, public sources (news sites, public online videos) and AI models.

All content created, edited, stored or published through the Service ("Content") is the sole and full responsibility of the user, who is the publisher of the Content for all purposes. The user reviews the Content before publishing, or approves automatic publishing of their own free will and at their own risk, and is solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, compliance with the ethical rules of their profession, copyright, and the absence of defamation, misleading claims, privacy violations or any other breach of law.

The Service, its owners, operators and staff (the "Company") are not liable in any way for the Content, its consequences, or any direct or indirect damage to the user or any third party arising from the Content, its publication or non-publication, account restrictions on social platforms, factual errors, mistranslation, use of third-party material, or any other use of the Service. AI-generated content may be wrong, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable. The Service is provided AS IS without any warranty, express or implied.

The Service may use video clips, images, articles and information from public sources for marketing, commentary or reaction content. The user understands that such use is subject to copyright law and platform terms and is responsible for verifying rights and removing content upon a rights holder's request. The Company removes content proven infringing without delay.

Videos and posts may refer to real events (crime, accidents, legal proceedings, health). The Service applies tact filters, but the user must ensure the Content does not glorify violence, harm victims or those involved, promise outcomes, give personal professional advice, or breach advertising rules of their profession.

The user connects their social accounts voluntarily and authorises the Service to publish on their behalf. The user is responsible for compliance with each platform's terms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Google and others) and for any consequence of breaching them.

The user shall indemnify the Company against any claim, demand, damage, expense or loss (including legal costs) arising from the Content, the use of the Service or a breach of these Terms.

Plans, quotas and prices are listed on the Plans page. Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Current version: 2026-09. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Signup details (business name, industry, phone, username), business details entered in onboarding, access tokens for connected social accounts, generated content, an activity log (actions, timestamps, IP address and browser type at signup) and usage data.

To operate the Service, create and publish content, support, security, billing and improvement. Passwords are stored hashed and transmitted encrypted.

Infrastructure and processing providers (storage, AI models, text-to-speech, social publishing services) receive only the data needed to perform the Service. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and closure of your account by contacting us through the Service.
